Kelli is responsible for heading up Commercial and Corporate Development which includes Marketing, Market Access, Commercial Operations, Sales, and Corporate Development / Business Development.
Kelli has a well-rounded Commercial background in Marketing, Strategy, Business Development, Sales, Operations, and Finance. She brings 15+ years of professional experience--about half spent directly within Commercial leadership roles, and the other half supporting commercial leaders within both an enabling function and within a consulting environment. Before joining Protara, Kelli had most recently led and grown marketing franchises within both oncology and rare disease, working in both large and mid-sized pharmaceutical companies. Her experiences in both therapeutic areas have together shaped her approach to optimization of the patient journey, impactful HCP and Patient engagement, breakthrough commercialization approaches, accountable resource investments, and organizational design & management.
